This product is designed to solve the problem of windproof roller blinds with widths of 5.5 to 7 meters, using 100 double-layer tubes.

It ensuresa flat surface for windproof roller blinds with widths of 5.5 to 7 meters.

Although this system has the design for connectable installation, it is recommended to use the integral structure installation method

Application range: Use 100 double-layer tubes for widths of 5.5-7 meters and heights can 3.5 meters; use 88 double-layer tubes for widths of 5.5-6.5 meters and heights can over 5meters.

 Uses the 45mm motor, recommended with high-quality fiberglass sun fabric.

 Uses WR120 universal three-piece side rails for easy installation and removal.

 Cassette with reinforced structure design for better resistance to bending.

 The system is connectable with a basic wall thickness of over 2.5mm.

 It uses a three-bearing balancer to allow the zipper to enter the zipper guide vertically, protecting the zipper throughout the process.

 Can use spring clip pads or EVA cushion pads.

 Uses 100mm double-layer tube as standard, made from 6061 material, offering good resistance to bending and ensuring a flatter windproof roller blinds fabric.

 The end cap is connected to the corner bracket, making the installation in the frame simpler and more convenient.

 Both the tube and the bottom rail are crimped and installed without welding, helping to keep the fabric smooth and facilitating the installation of Extra-wide fabrics.
