ZL135-150 Extra-wide Zip Screen adopts a 45mm motor and is ideally paired with premium fiberglass sun fabric. It is fitted with universal WR120 three-piece side rails to simplify installation and disassembly, while its structurally reinforced cassette with a base wall thickness exceeding 2.5mm delivers outstanding anti-bending performance and supports profile connection.
Equipped with a three-bearing balancer that keeps zippers vertically aligned within zipper guides for all-round zipper protection, the product allows a selection between spring clip pads and EVA cushion pads. The model comes standard with a 100mm 6061-grade double-layer tube that resists bending effectively to maintain taut, flat blind fabric; corner-bracket-connected end caps streamline frame mounting work. Welding-free crimping connections are applied on both the tube and bottom rail, preserving fabric smoothness and greatly easing the mounting process for extra-wide fabric panels.

Application range: Use 100 double-layer tubes for widths of 5.5-7 meters and heights can 3.5 meters; use 88 double-layer tubes for widths of 5.5-6.5 meters and heights can over 5 meters.
